people were left panicking under the euro tunnel when the train broke down, they obviously did not know what was happening, why there is not enough staff to reassure people and tell them what has happened is beyond me, panic can cause deaths this is why staff should be on hand to give out details, there were children frightened and being under the sea how do they not know they could be drowning, very poorly organized on the staffing levels yet employment is being knocked employ more people for the euro tunnel, it has been going some years and is liable to break down as things get older.
